Private Recruiting Agent​

I am a self-employed recruitment agent. I am recruiting staff from Baltic States (EU) for farms (but not only) in United Kingdom.  I have a solid experience for providing a skilled and efficient workforce to the farming industry.

Farm Workers​​

I am recruiting experienced and English speaking staff mostly from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Poland (all of them are Member States of the European Union).​ ​It is also possible to find staff from non-European countries

Organizational support

After I have found a suitable worker for you, I will drag him to your door, I'll help arrange the formalities- bank account, national insurance number, etc.
Also, an employee will be able to contact me if any other complications arise later, or will need some other help.​

Pay and reliability​​

Service fee is only from employer and only when the worker has worked for you two months.
No service fee from job seekers (citizens of EU and EEA). No financial risk.

​Procedure

You contact with me by e-mail or phone, and we are discussing about your needs and other circumstances and I bring together an employer with a job seeker as soon as possible.
