I am specialise in the provision of farm workers and milkers personally selected to work on our client’s modern dairy farms in the United Kingdom.
I have a solid experience for providing a skilled and efficient workforce to the farming industry. Also I have experience for several years in farms in United Kingdom.
I am recruiting experienced and English speaking staff mostly from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Poland (all of them are Member States of the European Union).
I am self-employed recruitment agent, that's why my service does not cost unnecessary administrative costs. Also, you does not risk financially, because I am not taking any prepay.
Usually I need about 3-5 working days to find suitable employee for a farm.
If it is necessary, I am helping arrange the formalities- bank account, national insurance number, etc. Also, an employee will be able to contact me if any other complications arise later, or will need some other help.
I am also offering relief milkers and farm workers for short periods of time.
Service fee: Total 400 GBP/1person (200 GBP, when the worker has worked for you for one month and 200 GBP, when the worker has worked for you second month).
